This year I finally moved 4 pawpaw trees to the field. I got these from eBay, a source in Tennessee. Last year, I stratified 100 pawpaw seeds collected from a friend, and these are now sprouting in cups. But these are the first ones I moved into a place with sun, so they can actually produce fruit.

I used sticks and cardboard to block the sun. Pawpaws are sun-sensitive when young. But once they acclimate to the sun, they THRIVE. More news later….
